Mind-blowing experience at this hotel! From the jaw-dropping welcome to the first-class service during our stay, we were blown away. The one-bedroom suite was amazing, with huge beds, multiple bathrooms, and all the amenities we could ever need. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and always there to help. The hotel itself had a beautiful European castle-like atmosphere. The swimming pool, gym, and restaurant were all fantastic. The location was peaceful and relaxing, with easy access to the city. We had an absolutely amazing time and highly recommend a stay here!

During my new year's stay, I was impressed by the friendly staff who made me feel welcomed. They kindly booked a taxi for me and offered free bottled water every day. The hotel was in a great location, only a short walk to a popular shopping center. the outdoor swimming pool on the second floor was a fantastic added bonus that provided a refreshing retreat from the city.
On the negative side, the WiFi at the hotel was hit or miss, which was frustrating at times. the lack of soundproofing in the rooms made it difficult to sleep due to hearing noise from the next room.

This boutique hotel is located in a pleasant area with friendly staff always ready to assist. Rooms are neat and tidy, with lovely shower facilities. Complimentary bottled water is provided daily. Guests wake up to an enjoyable breakfast that is relaxing and never overcrowded. the pool is located just a few seconds from the reception and is well maintained.
One area that could be improved is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms.

We recently spent Christmas at this beautiful boutique hotel and had an amazing experience. the interior was stylish and cool, with unique and interesting decor. the staff were very friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We also appreciated the easy access to key attractions and markets. the breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options to choose from. One of the best features of our room was the luxurious and spacious bathroom. We loved soaking in the bath after a long day of exploring.
the wifi in our room tended to drop out quite frequently which was a bit frustrating.

The hotel's decor was absolutely charming, with beautiful furnishings and artwork that reminded me of my travels throughout Southeast Asia. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and provided a lovely atmosphere for relaxation. In addition, the hotel was easily accessible for senior people like myself, with ramps and elevators making it simple to navigate.
I would have appreciated if the children working there had been a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests.
